Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time. Upon booking any service, a non-refundable $30 deposit is collected. Therefore, if a cancellation or rescheduling is not made by the deadline, the total $30 deposit will be kept as the fee. This applies to no-shows as well.
