Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equalling 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
Upon booking any service a non-refundable $30 deposit is collected. Therefore, if a cancellation or rescheduling is not made by the deadline, the total service cost, minus those $30, will be charged.
This fee applies to no-shows as well. If you have not arrived by 15 minutes after your appointment start time, you are considered a no-show.
